Description

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to support our growing Outer Banks team. We are looking for a motivated installer who can take ownership of jobs in the field, lead install crews effectively, and consistently deliver clean, high-quality installations.

Responsibilities

Lead residential HVAC changeouts and system installations
Oversee install helpers and maintain job efficiency
Ensure installations are completed properly and on schedule
Maintain professional communication with homeowners and management
Keep vehicles, tools, and job sites clean and organized

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of HVAC install experience preferred
EPA Certification required
Strong leadership and field problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
