The Owner Account Specialist is responsible for providing a high level of service to property owners while managing owner account activity, transactions, and related processes. This role focuses on accurate processing, coordination, and support of owner financial activity rather than traditional GAAP accounting functions. The Owner Account Specialist’s role encompasses key trust accounting responsibilities, ensuring the accurate handling and reconciliation of owner funds in alignment with internal controls and applicable regulations.Â

Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Track, Streamline, and experience in property management is a plus
- Strong communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Positive attitude, strong  teamwork skills, and high personal integrity
- Proven reliability, confidentiality, and sound judgment in sensitive situations
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
Duties & Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
- Manage and maintain all owner accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Track and process owner accounts receivables
- Create weekly work orders and ensure timely processing
- Process and pay work orders on a weekly basis
- Work closely with Rental Managers to facilitate smooth operational processes
