Description
Provide exceptional internal support to branch personnel regarding all deposit operation functions and responsibilities.
Requirements
- Perform internal help desk support for branch staff and customer support center.
- Respond to customer requests received from branches and customer support center.
- Research and resolve difficult issues forwarded from branches and customer support center including fraud and error investigations.
- Complete and track all Reg E disputes and errors including fraud.
- Complete all check adjustments.
- Conduct quality control on new account setups, account maintenance and other department processing.
- Track errors of quality control assessments daily.
- Provide reporting on quality metrics and individual performance.
- Maintain ATM accounts including balancing of ATM’s daily.
- Monitor, contact, maintain and update debit card customers.
- Daily balancing of Killbuck Savings Bank internal checking accounts and Bill Pay.
- Monthly general ledger reconciliations.
- Provide training on deposit processes to branch staff, deposit operations staff and customer support center.
- Provide support and backup to other teams within the department as needed.
- Maintain procedure documents and checklists for deposit accounts.
