Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Operate rubber mill room equipment safely and efficiently
• Mix and prepare rubber compounds according to production specifications
• Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process
• Complete production documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and standard operating practices
• Assist with additional production tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred; training available for motivated candidates
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a warm, dusty manufacturing environment
• Basic reading, math, and measuring skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
