The role you鈥檒l contribute:
Responsible for installing, operating, and maintaining the organization's heating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. This position ensures the HVAC systems function efficiently and effectively, and performs routine inspections and repairs to prevent system failures. Other tasks include monitoring system performance, making necessary adjustments, and collaborating with other departments to address HVAC-related issues.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintains complete and accurate records of all maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Remains current on maintenance logs and documentation.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Manages and maintains tools and equipment in good working condition.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Collaborates with other departments to ensure maintenance tasks do not interfere with patient care.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Complies with healthcare, federal, state, and local rules and regulations. Installs, inspects, maintains, repairs, and performs preventive maintenance on all heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Develops and implements departmental equipment procedures for power outages.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assists in the operation and general maintenance of painting, plumbing, electrical, locksmith, and alarm systems, performing essential repairs and other duties as requested.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Troubleshoots, tests, and repairs all HVAC mechanical machinery, equipment, systems, and physical structures as scheduled or needed under general supervision.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Responds to in-house work orders and preventive maintenance tasks.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Responds to emergency calls under general supervision.
The expertise and experiences you鈥檒l need to succeed:
Minimum qualifications:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 High School Grad or Equiv
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience
