What You'll Do

• Lead the restaurant during assigned shifts.
• Support the General Manager in daily operations.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members.
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Help hire, train, and retain a strong team.
• Monitor inventory, labor, and operational performance.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism.
• Maintain company standards and drive restaurant success.

What We're Looking For

• Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and coach a team.
• Passion for guest service and operational excellence.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
