We are currently looking for a CNC Operator to join our 2nd shift operation.

As a CNC Operator, you will spend your days setting up and operating single and multi-spindle automatic screw machines. You'll use your technical skills to perform repairs and routine maintenance on the machinery, and have the opportunity to participate in capability studies and other continuous improvement activities. You will join an exceptional, talented team of passionate employees who enjoy producing parts that literally hold the world together.  

If you have previous work experience with automatic screw machines (single or multi-use), have a high mechanical aptitude and are proficient at using precision measuring devices and gages, we'd love to meet you!

Our requirements for the role include:

  • High School diploma (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated manufacturing experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
