About the Position:

Responsible for implementing and managing patient safety and employee/occupational health initiatives designed to protect the health and safety of all Riverwood Healthcare Center (RHCC) team members; and promote a continuous culture of safety across the organization. This position will develop and deploy efficient, data driven safety training programs that meet regulatory compliance and reduce organizational risk while advocating for practices and procedures that protect providers, patients, and the public.

What we are looking for:

  • Current Registered Nurse certification/current Minnesota licensure, or licensed healthcare professional in a clinical discipline with relevant experience.
  • Preferred: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota; Certification (or willingness to obtain) in Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS)/ Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) or COHN-S.
  • Preferred: Patient Safety certification or COHN or COHN-S certification

M-F (7:30 AM-4:00 PM or 8:00 AM -4:30 PM)
FTE: 1.0 (80 Hours PPP)
