The position involves ensuring the efficient and prompt cleaning of china and glassware while maintaining an accurate inventory of silver and dishware in a dining venue.
Employees will be assigned to different workstations daily across various venues, requiring adaptability.
Attention to detail is crucial, particularly in food preparation areas and equipment.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in a busy Food & Beverage environment.
A valid driver's license and a good driving record are required, along with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsible for ensuring all china and glassware is cleaned efficiently and promptly providing all facts of the dining venue available stock of silver and dish ware on a continual basis. Assigned to different workstations daily in different venues. Attention to even the smallest detail given to all food prep areas and equipment.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. Minimum one year experience in a busy Food & Beverage environment.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Must possess a valid driver's license, as well as maintaining a good driving record. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.
