The LPN position involves working under the supervision of the Behavioral Health Director and participating in various clinical duties as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Key responsibilities include assessment and screening, treatment planning, case management, and discharge planning.
This role requires a current and active LPN/LVN license in Louisiana or a compact state, as well as completion of an accredited LPN program.
Candidates must also hold CPR and CPI certifications and be available to work night shifts with a $2.00 shift differential.

Under the supervision of the Behavioral Health Director, House Supervisor, and/or Nurse Manager, the LPN shall act as an active member of the interdisciplinary team conducting at least, but not necessarily limited to; assessment and screening, development of nursing impressions and recommendations, treatment planning and treatment plan reviews, participation in team conferences, case management, discharge planning and placement, intake and referral and other clinical duties.

Shift: Nights with $2.00 shift differential

Licensure:

Current and active LPN/LVN license through the state of Louisiana or compact state
Completion of an accredited program for LPN
CPR and CPI certifications
