Responsible for completing the set-up and breakdown of catering and events in a safe and efficient manner.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or General Education (GED) required.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Requires a valid Louisiana Drivers' license in good standing. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have a valid current Serv Safe Food Handlers Card or willingness and ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment. Requires ability to serve needs of guest through face-to-face interactions. Must demonstrate positive attitude and professional demeanor. Requires communication and interpersonal skills and commitment to a high level of guest satisfaction.
