PowerPay is in search of a Client Account Representative (CAR) due to increased organization growth. You will work closely with our customer operations and sales team to ensure we are delivering a positive client experience. Our aspirations are high and with your expertise you can help take our business to the next level.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
  • Inbound and outbound calls to address customers’ questions about products and services
  • Communicating with customers through various channels
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and serve as a liaison between internal teams and clients
