Job Description

TheĀ Production Assistant’s main goal is to support the creative execution of all brand production projects including photoshootsĀ and brand events. They also have responsibility forĀ maintainingĀ and developing a seasonal and annual calendar for the sample management process.Ā 


A day in the life…

Photography Production SupportĀ 

  • AssistĀ in planning, scheduling, and coordinating photo shoots, including pre-productionĀ logisticsĀ and day-of support.Ā 

  • Manage sample flow for photography needs, ensuring items are tracked, prepared, steamed, and ready for studio or on-location shooting and passed back inĀ well-organizedĀ Partner with the Brand Creative and Marketing teams to ensure all photography assets align with brand standards and seasonal storytelling priorities and facilitate post-production execution of assets, meaning, pass off ā€œSelectsā€ for Retouching and Uploading to IT systems (Sitecore),Ā Ā 

  • Support vendor or freelance partners withĀ accurateĀ shot lists, creative briefs, and sample information and share assets with partnersĀ in a timely mannerĀ with usage outlined (timeline).Ā Ā 

  • Support the events, PR, and creative budgets by assuring production is executed on time and within budget.Ā 

Sample ManagementĀ 

  • Own the sample inventory process for brand creative, PR, and influencer needs—including check-in, tagging, tracking, storage, and returns.Ā 

  • Maintain an up-to-date sample tracking system that reflects availability, location, and status for all items.Ā 

  • Coordinate cross-functional sample pulls, ensuringĀ timelyĀ delivery andĀ accurateĀ documentationĀ formats.Ā 

  • Work closely with merchandising, marketing, and PR teams to prioritize sample use based on business needs.Ā 

  • IdentifyĀ samples for PR, Influencer, and Events as well as for photoshoots.

Content Asset ManagementĀ 

  • Upload and organize photography and storytelling assets into systems (e.g., DAM platforms, internal libraries, or project management tools).Ā 

  • Ensure all assets are properly named, tagged, and described forĀ accurateĀ and efficient cross-functional search.Ā 

  • Partner with Creative, Marketing, E-Commerce, andĀ SocialĀ teams to confirm that approved assets are available for their needs across channels.Ā 

  • Maintain version control and track usage rights and metadata where applicable.

Project & Workflow CoordinationĀ 

  • Maintain production calendars, timelines, and shoot schedules.Ā 

  • Communicate progress updates and deliverable status to cross-functional partners.Ā 

  • Support the development and implementation of new processes that improve efficiency in production, asset delivery, and sample flow.Ā 

  • AssistĀ with administrative tasks such as invoicing, vendor coordination, and file organization.Ā 

  • Pre-Production planning and support for events, fashion shows, photoshoots, etc.Ā 

Qualifications for the PositionĀ 

  • 1+Ā yearĀ of experience in production, creative operations, marketing, PR, or related field (fashion/apparel experience preferred).Ā 

  • Strong organizational and project management skillsĀ 

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentĀ requiredĀ 

  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and documentation habits.Ā 

  • ProficiencyĀ with digital asset management systems, project management tools, and basic Adobe Creative Suite preferred.Ā 

  • Strong communicationĀ skills and a collaborative mindset; comfortable working cross-functionally.Ā 

  • Operational Excellence: Efficient,Ā accurate, and consistent with workflows and documentationĀ 

  • Ability to build strong relationships across creative, marketing, PR, merchandising, and e-commerce teamsĀ

This hybrid schedule, which includes work done in the King of Prussia Office as well as your HomeĀ OfficeĀ will beĀ determinedĀ by your supervisor.Ā Ā 

  • Domestic and international travelĀ isĀ requiredĀ in this position.Ā 

  • Given the seasonality of the business, this position may require flexible,Ā additionalĀ working hours during peak periods.Ā
