What You'll Do

As an Administrative Assistant, you will:

  • Answer inbound calls for staff and route calls appropriately to extensions, voicemail, or take messages
  • Address general inquiries regarding services provided by Rise Above
  • Greet clients and complete all required check-in procedures
  • Collect and accurately record payments for services
  • Schedule evaluation appointments
  • Maintain and report group registration and attendance as needed
  • Process evaluations and communicate evaluation status with referral sources
  • Complete additional administrative duties as assigned by the management team

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years of clerical or administrative experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Current driver's license, registration, and access to a functional vehicle
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally

Preferred

  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
  • Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
