Key Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the Family Matters team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing necessary documentation. - Maintain accurate and organized records of family cases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with organizational policies. - Coordinate communication between families and the Family Matters team, acting as a liaison to facilitate efficient information exchange. - Assist in the preparation and dissemination of reports, presentations, and other materials related to family support initiatives. - Support the planning and execution of events and programs designed to assist families, including logistical arrangements and follow-up activities. - Conduct research and gather information to support family cases and program development. - Respond to inquiries from families and external partners, providing timely and accurate information. - Collaborate with other departments within JAFCO to ensure a cohesive approach to family support services. - Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the overall mission of JAFCO and the Family Matters team.QualificationsRequired Education: - High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in business administration or a related field is preferred. Required Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a family services or non-profit organization. - Proven track record of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in coordinating and supporting family-related programs or initiatives is advantageous.
