What You Will Do:
Manually picks full-case orders and stacks them onto pallets using a scanner/tabletĀ
Ensure proper staging and identification once an order has been completely pickedĀ
Use various pieces of equipment (manual pallet jack, electric pallet jack, reach truck and propane lift) to move palletsĀ
Verify quantities, quality of items and proper labeling of products that are being shippedĀ
Examine all packaging and contents of items for quality
Verify all packaging information against the packing list and SAPĀ
Coordinate with other departments such as customer service, production, instant and small packĀ
Manage shipping box assembly, induction for packaging and label preparation/applicationĀ
Load trailers with packed boxes and palletsĀ
Ā Identify items with a quantity discrepancy and promptly communicate with Supervisor and/or LeadĀ
Maintain the 5S cleanliness of the picking area and pulls completed shrink-wrapped orders to the dock for packersĀ
Follow all safety procedures and policiesĀ
Follow all warehouse procedures and policies
Other duties as assigned
Position Details:
Location: Philly, PA Plant
Shift Offered: 1st shift Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm
Shift Offered: 2nd shift Monday - Friday 11am - 7:30pm
Compensation: $27.00 ph and some OT
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED
1 year of previous plant or warehouse experience
1 year of previous stand-up forklift operating experience

Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift/carry 50lbs
Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical exam
Preferred Qualifications:
Mentoring and training other associates
Excellent communication and time management skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
