About the PositionĀ
TheĀ Wholesale Operations & BusinessĀ AnalyticsĀ AssociateĀ is responsible forĀ working with theĀ Manager of SignatureĀ along with others in the department, toĀ assistĀ with managing inventory, purchase orders, returns, credits, and account service requests across allĀ SignatureĀ Accounts.Ā
TheĀ AssociateĀ is responsible forĀ having extensive knowledge of company inventory, the shipment of product to allĀ SignatureĀ accounts, monitoring POs and communicating their impacts on the business, executing order maintenance functions that support the needs of the business and supporting the credit operations for the company. TheĀ Associate must be able to collaborate effectively and foster highly productive working interactions with colleagues in cross functional areas of the company. This position is critical toĀ integrateĀ a variety of functions at Lilly Pulitzer.Ā
A day in the lifeā¦Ā
The Associate should focus on the triangulation of sales, fulfillment, orderĀ managementĀ and margin to drive sales and gross profitĀ
The Associate will need to have extensive knowledge of company inventory andĀ product.Ā Ā
The Associate should work withĀ the Manager of SignatureĀ to manage productĀ shipments and orders to theĀ appropriate distributionĀ channels in a way that achieves salesĀ targetsĀ andĀ optimizesĀ totalĀ companyĀ gross profit.Ā
The Associate must also interact with the Fulfillment Center team on all shippingĀ issuesĀ as necessary. This may include attending weekly shipping meetings,Ā monitoringĀ seasonal changes toĀ the shipping priority system and transitĀ days, andĀ communicating any non-standard shipping requests related to events or marketing promotions.Ā
The Associate must provide visibility into Total Company inventory on a weekly basis through reporting distributions.Ā
Perform order maintenance functions for allĀ Signature accounts. ThisĀ mayĀ includeĀ re-allocation of units due to shortages, transit day and lead time changes, and reorder entry.Ā
Serve as the liaison to communicate all operational and merchandise information to distribution teams. This includes, but is not limited to,Ā shipping schedules, fast tracks and any changes to seasonal merchandise offering, inventory information, and reorder opportunities that achieve total company gross profit and full priceĀ sellĀ through.Ā
Own the setupĀ ofĀ newĀ SignatureĀ accounts upon receipt of a completed credit application and signedĀ termsĀ agreement. This includes entering all pertinent information in the required fields.Ā
Own theĀ set upĀ ofĀ new term codes as needed for non-standard selling terms as approvedĀ onĀ the Non-Standard Terms Document.Ā
Apply credits toĀ SignatureĀ accountsā open balances. This includes revenue share credits and corporate gift card redemption credits.Ā
Use Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) to upload orders, process POs timely (30 daysĀ prior to start ship date), review POs against bulk orders thoroughly for non-standard variances and communicate changes to appropriate parties, and ensure all variances are reconciled before releasing the POs to be shipped.Ā
Wholesale ReportingĀ Ā
Analyze and roll up monthly and seasonal bookings performance for Signature accountsĀ
Prepare and report OTB for upcoming market and track resultsĀ
Monitor performance against sales plans and key performance indicators for Signature accountsĀ
Relay important style opportunities to key partnersĀ
In Market SupportĀ
Support in-market and pre-market initiatives as it relates toĀ tracking ofĀ special orders and requests fromĀ Signature accountsĀ
PlayĀ a large roleĀ in planning market for Signature StoresĀ

Qualifications for the PositionĀ
AĀ four-year college degree is preferredĀ
2 ā 3 years of experience in WholesaleĀ Operations, Inventory Management, Order Operations, or similar apparel industry roles.Ā Ā
StrongĀ quantitative, analytical, organizational,Ā andĀ communication skills are necessary.Ā Ā
Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and influencing outcomesĀ
Systems-oriented mindsetĀ is preferredĀ

This position isĀ requiredĀ toĀ maintainĀ a structured hybrid work schedule based out of King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Philadelphia. This hybrid schedule, which includes work done in the King of Prussia Office as well as your HomeĀ OfficeĀ will beĀ determinedĀ by your supervisor.Ā Ā
The position requires some domestic travelĀ to Retail stores.Ā Ā Ā Ā
Given the seasonality of the business, this position may require flexible,Ā additionalĀ working hours during peak periods.Ā
