What would you do as a Cultivator
As a Full-Time Cultivator at Mohave Cannabis Co., you will be actively involved in a variety of essential tasks that ensure the health and productivity of our cannabis plants. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include planting, watering, and pruning plants while monitoring their growth cycles and overall health. You will utilize cutting-edge agricultural techniques to maintain optimal growing conditions, including adjusting lighting, humidity, and temperature levels. Collaborating closely with your team, you will participate in sustainable practices that enhance our cultivation methods. Regular record-keeping of plant conditions and growth metrics is crucial, as is adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.

Your Impact
The Cultivator is responsible for overseeing the success of our cultivation operations, focusing on the propagation, care, maintenance, and health of all cannabis plants.

What You Bring (Qualifications)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of plant biology and cultivation techniques.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to acquire and maintain a facility agent card through the state.
- Flexible scheduling with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in cannabis cultivation or horticulture.
- Knowledge of different cannabis strains and their characteristics.
- Experience with cloning, transplanting, and plant maintenance techniques.
- Familiarity with different growing mediums and nutrient solutions.
- Experience with pest and disease management in cannabis.
