? Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, customer-centric Office Facilitator to support the Arizona Department of Transportation (AZDOT) within the Motor Vehicle Division (MVD) in Kingman. This role serves as the face of the local MVD office, directly managing customer flow, guiding visitors through kiosk applications, and ensuring an organized, efficient lobby environment.
? Key Responsibilities
Greet the public, manage lines, and facilitate smooth customer flow throughout the MVD lobby and kiosk stations.
Answer general procedural questions and assist visitors with navigating MVD services and forms.
Support operational tasks such as taking identification photos for licenses and state IDs.
Enter data accurately into state systems and maintain clean, organized files.
Adhere strictly to all established department guidelines, policies, and safety protocols.
? Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of proven, verifiable customer service experience (in-person, front-desk, or retail environments preferred).
Skills: Excellent verbal communication, patience, and strong problem-solving abilities under pressure.
