A single specialty group is seeking an associate to join their team of 2 general surgeons and an experienced surgical staff.
The position involves handling a full scope of general surgery cases, with 42% being general surgery procedures and 58% GI.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in general surgery, and the compensation package includes a salary, incentives, and benefits.
The office operates Monday to Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm and Friday from 8 am to 12 pm, with a shared call schedule of 1:3.
The location offers year-round sunshine, access to the Colorado River, and a growing community with various amenities.

Responsibilities involve a full scope of general bread & butter general surgery cases. Make-up of practice is 42% general surgery procedures & 58% GI. An excellent referral system & high patient demand for surgical services offer a quick ramp up. Office is open Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm & Fri’s 8am-12pm. Share call 1:3.

Compensation includes salary, incentives, retirement, vacation/CME, relo, benefits, malpractice & potentially sign-on bonus & student loan assistance.

Servicing over 180K residents, hospital offers inpatient & outpatient surgery services including a cystoscopy room, GI room & procedure rooms.
