Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $100,000–$140,000 annually (based on experience)

What You'll Do
  • Provide comprehensive primary care for patients across the lifespan
  • Perform annual wellness exams, preventive screenings, and routine physicals
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and common medical conditions
  • Manage chronic diseases including diabetes, hypertension, COPD, and other ongoing health concerns
  • Order, interpret, and review laboratory tests, diagnostic studies, and imaging
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress
  • Educate patients on preventive care, medications, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices
  • Coordinate specialty referrals and follow-up care
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the electronic health record (EHR)
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and collaborative care activities
Qualifications

Required

  • Active, unrestricted Arizona Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
  • Graduate of an accredited U.S. Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
  • DEA registration (or ability to obtain before employment)
  • Eligible for credentialing with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance plans
  • Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care
  • No history of malpractice claims or professional disciplinary action

Preferred

  • One or more years of outpatient Family Medicine or Primary Care experience
  • New graduates with strong primary care clinical rotations are encouraged to apply
