Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Urgent Care

Location: Kingman, Arizona Position Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our urgent care team in Kingman, Arizona. If you are passionate about providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a variety of urgent medical conditions. 
• Perform physical examinations and order diagnostic tests as needed.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and preventive care. 
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters. 
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to established protocols.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Studies. 
• Current Arizona FNP or PA licensure and certification. 
• Previous experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care preferred. 
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Physician Assistant must be certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
