Job Overview:
The Resort Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall comfort of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating a welcoming, clean, and relaxing environment for all guests.

Reports to: Event Center Manager
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Key Responsibilities
o Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and balconies/patios according to resort standards
o聽聽Change linens, make beds, and replenish towels and guest amenities
o聽聽Vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize all assigned areas
o聽聽Clean and maintain public areas including hallways, restrooms, event center & cook shack area.
o聽聽Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to management promptly
o Follow proper procedures for handling lost and found items
o Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
o Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and supply inventory
o Provide friendly, professional, and discreet guest interaction
o Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Qualifications
o Previous housekeeping or hotel/resort cleaning experience preferred
o聽聽Strong attention to detail and time management skills
o聽聽Ability to work independently and as part of a team
o聽聽Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and walk for extended periods
o聽聽Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
o Professional appearance and positive attitude
o Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
o Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures preferred

o This position requires long periods of standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting. Housekeepers may be exposed to cleaning chemicals, noise, heat, and varying weather conditions when working indoors & outdoors.聽
