Please contact: maddison.montgomery@catawba.com   Job Summary: Catawba Two Kings Casino is seeking a Main Banker to manage the main bank of the casino, ensuring the accurate handling reconciliation, and safeguarding of large volumes of cash and equivalent instruments.  This position plays a critical role in supporting front-line cage cashiers, preparing funds, and maintaining strict compliance with gaming regulations and internal controls.     Responsibilities:  •    Maintain the integrity and security of the main bank and its contents.   Accurately process large transactions including check cashing, chip redemptions, slot and table fills, and jackpot payouts. Issue and reconcile funds to front-line cage cashiers and gaming departments.   Prepare and balance daily bank summaries, reports, and deposits. Monitor and track variances and report discrepancies to management immediately.   Ensure compliance with all casinos, state gaming and federal regulatory guidelines, including anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.   Operate counting machines, computer systems, and other specialized equipment.   Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation as needed.   Preform other duties as assigned    QualificationsQualifications: High school diploma or GED, required.   Prior experience in a high-volume cash handling environment; casino or banking experience, preferred. Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Catawba Gaming License. Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.     Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:  Strong mathematical and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Basic Microsoft Office skills. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.   Must be able to handle large money transactions, accurately and honestly.   Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing, using the English language. Ability to work an alternate schedule as needed, including weekends and holidays.   Ability to work in a loud fast-paced environment (may occasionally be exposed to secondhand cigarette smoke).   Physical Requirements   Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.   Must be able to frequently bend, stoop, reach, kneel, push, pull, twist and perform repetitive motions.   Must be able to communicate in a noisy environment and potential exposure to secondhand smoke.
