Position Overview

The Production Supervisor at our Kings Mountain facility serves in a highly visible leadership role responsible for departmental safety, productivity, and overall performance. This position works closely with the Plant Manager and production associates to ensure production goals are achieved and operations meet or exceed established standards.

The Supervisor is accountable for maintaining a safe, compliant work environment and enforcing all corporate policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Skills

• Manufacturing supervision — proven supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing setting
• Physical capability — ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Leadership skills — strong interpersonal, coaching, mentoring, and problem‑solving abilities
• Performance development — demonstrated ability to guide and provide constructive feedback to production workers
• Operational recordkeeping — knowledge of safety, quality, and production documentation practices
• Schedule flexibility — ability to work extended hours as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or GED preferred
