Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Identify customer needs and provide explanation of product and services
- Possess strong knowledge of product
- Create quotes for desired products
- Enter and process customer orders
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Provide superior customer service before, during and after sale
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service or other related fields
- Prior working knowledge of appliance brands and models desired
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
