Job DetailsJob Location: Primary Camden - Kingsland, GA 31548Call Representative –  Coastal Health Location: Kingsland, GA Position: Full-Time We are looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Call Representative to join our Coastal Health primary care team in Kingsland, GA. The Call Representative will be responsible for handling incoming calls from patients and providing excellent customer service while assisting with their needs. Responsibilities include: Answer incoming patient calls in a professional and courteous manner Assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments Direct calls and messages to the appropriate team members Answer general questions regarding the primary care office Take accurate and detailed messages Assist patients with questions regarding appointments and office services Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines Provide a positive and welcoming experience for every patient Communicate effectively with providers and office staff Perform other administrative duties as needed Qualifications: Previous medical office or customer service experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional and friendly phone etiquette Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment Comfortable working with computers and scheduling systems Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone who is patient, compassionate, dependable, and enjoys helping people.
