Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Kingsport, TN team! In this role you will get to be a part of a team designing facilities of the future.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Designing electrical and communication systems
- Designing lightning protection systems
- Perform all required design calculations including lighting, load and arc-flash/short-circuit analysis
- Coordinating between disciplines
- Perform site visits to gather design data
- Work with a team of electrical engineers and designers
- Provide senior-level leadership to mentor junior level engineers
- Pursue licensure in other states to support department and company growth
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Professional engineer license is required (or current FE working towards PE).
- Bachelors degree in electrical engineering.
- 8+ years experience.
- Experience with design of building electrical and telecommunication systems
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- CAD/Revit experience is a plus
- SKM/ETAP experience is a plus
- Advanced degree is a plus
- RCDD certification is a plus

Salary Range: $86,700.00 - $151,700.00
