Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC, is hiring additional Pediatric Occupational Therapists for its growing therapy practice in the Tricities area of TN! Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC, is an interdisciplinary therapy practice that provides in-home therapy services primarily to children enrolled through TN Early Intervention Services.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine individualized treatment plans for children.

- Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to children with a variety of developmental challenges and disabilities.

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated and holistic care for each child.

- Develop and implement effective treatment interventions to enhance children's fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care abilities, and overall functional independence.

- Deliver therapy services in both clinic-based and home-based settings, adapting to the unique needs and environments of each child.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans.

Qualifications:

- Must possess a valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of Tennessee.

- Strong knowledge and understanding of pediatric occupational therapy principles and practices.

- Preferred minimum of one year of clinical experience; new graduates with a genuine interest in pediatric therapy are encouraged to apply.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with families, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team.

- Ability to work independently, manage a caseload, and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Flexibility to travel within the greater Greenville, SC area to provide in-home therapy services.
