We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. In this essential role, you will help maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen by washing dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Responsibilities

• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, cookware, utensils, trays, and kitchen tools according to sanitation and food safety standards.
• Wash and sanitize items by hand when necessary.
• Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and stocked with cleaning supplies.
• Remove trash and recycling, replace liners, and keep waste disposal areas clean.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors and clean sinks, workstations, and storage areas.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing clean dishes and kitchen equipment.
• Support the kitchen team with basic cleaning and other assigned duties as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout each shift.

Qualifications

• Previous dishwasher or food service experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely handle heavy racks, pots, and pans.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
