Job Duties and Responsibilities
Onboarding & New Hire Experience:
- Manage full-cycle onboarding processes, including data entry and onboarding workflows within ADP
- Coordinate and maintain onboarding documentation, ensuring all required forms are completed and uploaded accurately
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, providing guidance and support throughout the onboarding process
- Conduct onboarding presentations and facilitate a positive new hire experience
- Prepare and distribute new hire announcements
- Complete badge applications for new hires and employee conversions
Background Checks & Compliance:Â
- Administer background check processes, including vendor management
- Review and report background check results to management, as needed
- Manage pre-adverse action processes in compliance with applicable regulations
I-9 Administration:
- Complete and verify I-9 Forms for all new hires in a timely manner
- Manage E-Verify compliance and employment verification processes
- Conduct regular I-9 audits to ensure compliance
- Manage corrections, updates, and reverifications, as needed
HR Operations & Reporting:
- Maintain and organize new hire personnel filesÂ
- Calculate and report weekly headcount metrics to C-SuiteÂ
- Oversee and administer 90-day employee evaluation program
- Handle invoicing for LinkedIn (quarterly) and Checkr (monthly) servicesÂ
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data across systems
- Perform other task as necessary to meet the organization’s objectives

Required Qualifications:
- High school degree or equivalent requiredÂ
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Human Resources
- Advanced organizational skillsÂ
- Working level of English (verbal, written, etc.)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Advance proficiency in Microsoft Office

Physical & Mental Demands:
- Office Environment: Must adhere to company dress code policy.
- Production Site: Must wear company-provided uniform and PPE including safety shoes, helmet, safety glasses, and portable gas measuring device.
Work Environment
- Usual Office Environment
- On site Monday-Friday (8AM-5PM EST)
- May occasionally be asked to work a modified schedule in order to overlap with nightshift employees for onboarding support
