Position Summary The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care and clinical support under the direction of licensed providers. The LPN works as part of an interdisciplinary care team to promote positive health outcomes, enhance the patient experience, and support Northwest Health Services' mission of delivering accessible, patient-centered healthcare. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepare patients for examinations and procedures. Administer medications, injections, immunizations, and treatments as ordered by the Provider. Assist providers with examinations and procedures. Document patient information accurately within the electronic health record. Educate patients regarding medications, treatment plans, and health maintenance. Coordinate referrals, follow-up appointments, and patient communications.
