About the Role:
The Visual Inspection role is critical in ensuring the quality and integrity of products before they reach customers. This position involves meticulously examining items for defects, inconsistencies, or deviations from established standards to maintain high-quality output. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying potential issues early in the production process, thereby reducing waste and preventing costly recalls. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong observational skills, and the ability to document findings accurately. Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a quality control or inspection role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of quality standards and inspection procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity.
Preferred Qualifications:
