What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards

• Ensure food is prepared at the proper temperature and portion

• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen

• Assist with receiving, stocking, and storing food and supplies

• Operate kitchen equipment safely

• Work with the culinary team to keep service running smoothly

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of professional cooking experience required

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

• Food Handler's Permit as required

• Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented

• Strong attendance and work ethic
