This role involves managing a team, coordinating projects, and collaborating with other departments to meet production goals.   Key Responsibilities:   Supervision: Lead and manage a team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Quality Control: Ensure all processes meet industry standards and specifications. Conduct regular inspections and audits of quality. Safety Compliance: Promote a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting safety training for team members. Production Planning: Collaborate with the production manager / plant manager to schedule and prioritize jobs based on production timelines. Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to processes and techniques to enhance efficiency and reduce waste using Lean principles. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that equipment is properly maintained and serviced regularly. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of necessary operations, including production reports, quality inspections, and employee performance.
