The Production Supervisor oversees daily textile manufacturing operations, ensuring production goals, quality standards, safety requirements, and delivery schedules are met. This position leads production employees, coordinates workflow, monitors performance, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily production activities and employee performance.
  • Ensure production schedules and customer deadlines are met.
  • Monitor quality standards and address production issues.
  • Lead and train sewing, cutting, finishing, and assembly teams.
  • Enforce safety procedures and company policies.
  • Track productivity, efficiency, and waste reduction efforts.
  • Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Shipping departments.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or textile production environment.
  • Experience leading teams in sewing, cutting, finishing, printing, embroidery, or related textile operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and safety standards.
  • Ability to read production schedules and meet delivery deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production reporting systems.
  • Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement experience preferred.
  • Ability to work on the production floor and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
