The Role We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Operations Coordinator/Lead Installer to handle daily rental operations with field installer responsibilities in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who is detail oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and doesn't mind rolling up their sleeves to get the job done.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling, dispatching, and logistics for equipment rentals.
  • Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and repairs with service teams.
  • Track inventory availability and utilization.
  • Deliver, set up, and install rental equipment at customer sites.
  • Provide basic training and demonstrations for customers on safe and effective equipment use.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols during installation and transport.

What You'll Bring

  • Previous experience in the equipment rental, construction, or logistics industry preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Self-starting skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent customer service and effective communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills: knowledge of Point of Rental is a plus.
  • Ability to operate and transport equipment (CDL or ability to obtain a plus).
  • Mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting ability.
  • Able to lift 50lbs and work outdoors in extreme temperatures.
