Your Impact

Premier Therapy is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Bethlehem, PA. In this onsite role, you’ll help residents build independence and safety through individualized, hands-on occupational therapy.

Responsibilities include:
- Delivering treatment interventions and modalities under the supervising OT
- Supporting ADLs, functional mobility, and adaptive equipment training
- Documenting clearly in the EMR and keeping plans of care current
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team and communicating with residents/families

Required:
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Pennsylvania
- Experience in geriatric and/or skilled nursing settings
- Strong interpersonal communication, resident-centered mindset, and comfort with documentation software

A Typical Shift

You’ll arrive to a clear schedule and connect briefly with the rehab team to align on the day’s priorities. Sessions move between resident rooms and therapy spaces, with time to adjust pacing based on energy, cognition, and goals. Between visits, you’ll update notes in the EMR, coordinate quick check-ins with nursing, and refine next steps with your supervising OT.
