  • Partner with business leaders to support short and long-term business objectives regarding staffing, including an understanding of job duties and goals
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination

  • Source candidates from a variety of sources, including job boards, employee referrals and online resources
  • Build talent pipelines and community partnerships to support workforce planning initiatives
  • Make recommendations to hiring managers for qualified candidates
  • Coordinate, schedule, and participate in interviews
  • Assist with employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts
  • Promote Continental Cup in a positive manner as an employer of choice

  • Adjust sourcing strategies based on data, performance metrics, and evolving business needs
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires ensuring participation at orientation, safety training and benefits enrollment meetings
  • Ensure managers and leads are regularly connecting with new hires at scheduled intervals (30, 60, and 90-days of employment) to address training and development needs and effective onboarding
  • Promote employee engagement, morale, retention, and organizational culture
Passive Talent Engagement
  • Identify, engage, and attract passive candidates using advanced search techniques and targeted outreach.
  • Maintain deep awareness of industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging talent pools.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred, equivalent practical experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
