Job DetailsJob Location: DCJ of Kirkland (CJOK) - Kirkland, WA 98034Salary Range: $72,000.00 - $156,000.00 Commission/yearService Advisor – Join the Team at Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Kirkland!  Location: Kirkland, WA | Full-Time | Great Benefits | Family-Owned Dealership Compensation: Full-time total annual compensation between $72,000.00 - $156,000.00; including monthly 8% commissions of individual gross profit on service, detail, and parts in accordance with the terms of pay plan; additional monthly 2% commission of individual gross profit on service and parts if the dealership’s monthly customer satisfaction scores exceed national average in accordance with terms of pay plan.   60-day guarantee of $6,000.00 per month while you train, according to terms of pay plan! If you’re passionate about cars and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we want to hear from you!    What You’ll Be Doing: Greet service customers with a professional and welcoming attitude Listen to vehicle concerns and document issues clearly Communicate with technicians to determine service needs and timelines Provide accurate cost and time estimates Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle history and Honda guidelines Keep customers informed throughout the service process Ensure smooth and timely vehicle pickup and payment Deliver top-tier customer satisfaction every single time      What We’re Looking For: Previous Service Advisor or automotive customer service experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills A customer-first attitude and a professional demeanor Ability to multitask in a busy service drive Familiarity with DMS software is a bonus    Ready to Join Our Team?
