We’re a high-volume dealership with a strong reputation, loyal customer base, and a service department that stays busy year-round. We’re looking for a Service Manager who can keep the department running smoothly, motivate the team, deliver exceptional CSI, and drive service sales results. Compensation: Full-time total annual compensation between $124,000.00 - $240,000.00; including 4% commissions of monthly net profit on the service department in accordance with the terms of pay plan; 3% commissions of monthly net profit on the details department in accordance with the terms of the pay plan; additional monthly 1.25% commission of net profit on service department if the dealership’s monthly customer satisfaction scores exceed national average in accordance with terms of pay plan.  What You’ll Do As our Service Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day sales operations of a high-traffic service drive, ensuring customers and advisors are supported, workflows are efficient, and performance goals are consistently met.
