What You'll Do

As a Dental Assistant, you'll be an essential part of our clinical team by:

Welcoming patients and helping them feel comfortable throughout their visit
Assisting the doctor during a variety of dental procedures
Taking digital radiographs and maintaining accurate clinical records
Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring instruments are properly sterilized
Educating patients on post-operative care and oral health
Maintaining OSHA and infection control standards
Working closely with the entire team to provide an exceptional patient experience

What We're Looking For

Dental assisting experience preferred
Current Washington State Dental Assistant registration
X-ray certification (or ability to obtain if required)
CPR certification preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
Strong attention to detail
Passion for providing outstanding patient care
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
