Job Description:

Job Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Content Copywriter to orchestrate compelling strategies for technical and marketing content. You have a deep understanding of content formats for technical audiences, and the ability to refine messaging to meet the needs of our product teams and their customers. You will be at the intersection of technical engineering and brand storytelling, collaborating with product teams to establish product positioning, messaging, and a distinctive tone of voice. Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop a holistic content strategy and editorial calendar, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-impact and quality content. 

  • Lead the development of clear, engaging copy across various formats, including website copy, paid media, case studies, video scripts, social media, white papers, and email campaigns. 

  • Act as a primary keeper of our brand voice  overseeing tone, messaging, and brand alignment on every initiative you touch.  

  • Conduct strategic research through stakeholder interviews and industry analysis. 

  • Craft value propositions for technical product lines that resonate with engineers. 

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment and high-quality production, including designers, video producers, product marketing, and technical writers. 

  • Develop toolkits and messaging guides that enable global teams to communicate consistently and at scale in local markets. 

  • Manage the marketing content lifecycle from intake to publication, using project management tools to coordinate reviews and stakeholder feedback. 

Requirements 

  • 5+ years in B2B tech writing, content marketing, or corporate communications, preferably in semiconductor, hardware, or industrial technology. 

  • Proven ability to translate complex technical information into clear, customer-centric narratives. 

  • Outstanding writing skills across a variety of formats, including campaigns, blog posts, whitepapers, tutorials, etc. 

  • Proven portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of content  from strategy and narrative development to multi-channel execution. 

  • A degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (technical background a plus).

  • Strong editorial point of view and the organizational discipline to manage a high-volume content pipeline. 

  • A natural collaborator who builds trust across Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams. 

  • Curious and intellectually rigorous; comfortable interviewing industry experts and asking the right questions. 

  • Creative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, technical environments. 

  • Comfortable leveraging generative AI tools to assist human-created content.

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The base plus bonus salary range for this position in Washington is $100,000  $180,000.
