Staff Accountant (Full-Time)

Location: Kirkland, WA

Compensation: $32–$36/hour (DOE) + Full Benefits

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

What You'll Do

- Post and reconcile daily sales and income transactions

- Perform bank and account reconciliations (bi-weekly and monthly)

- Assist with the monthly close process

- Maintain organized and accurate financial records

- Support preparation of financial reports and reconciliations

- Collaborate with internal teams and assist with vendor inquiries

- Identify and resolve discrepancies proactively

What We're Looking For

Required:

- Associate's degree in Accounting (or equivalent)

- Recent accounting experience (1–3 years preferred)

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Clear communication skills (written & verbal)

Preferred:

- Experience with QuickBooks

- Experience with bank reconciliations

- Retail or multi-location accounting experience (a plus)
