We’re looking for a PLS-Survey Project Manager to join our Lake Oswego Survey Team — someone who’s ready to lead, solve problems, and shape projects from the ground up. What You'll Be Doing

•    Lead survey projects from start to finish, working directly with clients, field crews, and office staff

•    Supervise research, computations, fieldwork, and drafting

•    Troubleshoot field issues and ensure high-quality data collection and analysis

•    Oversee survey standards and processes across the team

•    Conduct boundary research and resolutions under PLS review

•    Prepare detailed cost estimates and scopes for proposals

•    Collaborate closely with internal teams to keep projects on track and clients informed

✅ What You Bring

•    Licensed PLS (4+ years preferred; OR license a strong plus)

•    6+ years of combined field and office survey experience

•    Proven client-facing and business development experience

•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•    Strong problem-solving mindset and a can-do attitude

•    Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D, point cloud processing, and Trimble equipment a bonus

•    Experience with municipal/government projects is a plus
