Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Description

 The LCSW is responsible for providing direct clinical services in a residential substance use treatment facility.   Duties include completing ASAM, assessments, treatment plans and conducting group and individual therapy sessions for assigned clients.

Duties also include oversight and management of the clinical activities of the program and supervisory responsibilities.   The LCSW manages clinical staff and schedules to ensure that day to day activities are in accordance with program objectives and in compliance with Delaware licensure, contractual and CARF standards.
