Job Description

Crystal Clear Building Services is seeking an experienced Supervisor to provide oversight at a facility in Kirkland, Ohio.   The ideal candidate will have a history of progressive experience in the janitorial field, with the capabilities of supervising an evening cleaning crew. We are seeking someone with a sense of urgency, the ability to be proactive in anticipating needs, an eye for detail, and excellent communication skills. This is a full time evening position.

Duties consist of:

• Supervision
• Scheduling
• Building inspections
• Training / Development
• Supply delivery
• Timekeeping /Payroll
• Employee relations
• Customer service
• Covering open positions
• Managing special projects
