Responsible for serving guest in a casual restaurant or pool environment and providing exceptional guest service. To be successful, a Bartender/Server must have the knowledge to make a large variety of drinks and knowledgeable of all food items being served, be able to speak confidently and politely to all guests and be able to prioritize tasks in order to work in an efficient and organized manner.


  • Collaborates with the Kitchen Staff and other Servers/Bartenders
  • Make drinks to meet the expectation of guests
  • Must be comfortable in a fast paste environment, to manage serving food and making drinks while providing excellent guest service
  • Knowledge of all the ingredient details of every dish on the menu
  • Collect food from kitchen and deliver to guests in a timely manner
  • Know and be able to explain any featured items or specials
  • Complete all side work 
  • Lead guest through the menus and make appropriate menu suggestions
  • Suggestively sell and upsell menu items as appropriate
  • Answer any guest questions as necessary
  • Ring guest orders accurately into the POS system
  • Follow up with guests at appropriate times to ensure satisfaction and refill beverages


Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be in uniform at all times.
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfil assigned tasks
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Must be able to work flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to obtain a state of Florida food safety certificate
