Job Summary
Our Residential HVAC Install Assistant at our HVAC Company must be able to Coordinate/Schedule the install jobs in an organized timely fashion. Having a professional demeanor as well as the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once is helpful. Will need to coordinate between sales team, rental company, or homeowner for access of property. There is also various task to stay busy through-out the day ex: Registering warranty, moving data from install techs to database, sending out invoicing after job completed, tracking GPM for sales department, sending out thank-you letters, making sure materials are pulled correctly from data, ETC.
Responsibilities
-Answer phone calls, e-mails, and prospective customers to remind them of upcoming appointments
-Scheduling Installation Jobs
-Coordinate access to property through contacting rental company, sales team, or customer
-Register warranty as well as perform billing duties when job is completed
-Resolve scheduling conflicts as they occur
-Various tasks assigned from General manager, Install manager, and Warehouse manager
