WhatĀ YouāllĀ DoĀ
Ā
Lead, direct, and supervise a team of maintenance techniciansĀ in accordance withĀ company policies and applicable regulationsĀ
Coordinate preventative maintenance programs and equipment repair schedulesĀ
Monitor and reduce machine downtime through efficient troubleshooting and repairsĀ
DiagnoseĀ andĀ assistĀ with resolution of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, plumbing, and PLC-related issuesĀ
Promote and enforce aĀ āSafety Firstā cultureĀ across the maintenance teamĀ
Ensure compliance withĀ SQF, GMP, and food safety standardsĀ
AssistĀ in training, evaluating, and developing maintenance employeesĀ
Partner with production and operations teams to support continuous improvement initiativesĀ
MaintainĀ accurateĀ maintenance records and documentationĀ
PerformĀ additionalĀ duties asĀ requiredĀ to support business operationsĀ

Requirements (Must Haves)Ā
Ā
Education:Ā Associateās degree or technical program certificate;Ā ORĀ 5+ years of related experience and training;Ā ORĀ equivalent combination of education and experience in aĀ food manufacturing environment.Ā
Experience:Ā MinimumĀ 5 years of experienceĀ as a maintenance lead or supervisor with direct reports.Ā Proven experience directing, evaluating, and training maintenance technicians.Ā
Technical Skills:Ā Ability to diagnose and troubleshootĀ electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, plumbing, and PLC systems.Ā Experience developing andĀ maintainingĀ preventative maintenance programs.Ā
Communication:Ā Ability to clearly communicate ideas verbally and in writing.Ā Strong listening and comprehension skills.Ā
Computer Skills:Ā IntermediateĀ proficiencyĀ inĀ Microsoft Word,Ā Microsoft Excel,Ā Microsoft Outlook.Ā Basic PLC knowledgeĀ required.Ā SAP experience preferred.Ā
Special Skills:Ā Must beĀ a motivated, self-starter with a desire to learn and the ability to lead others.Ā Ā

Compensation Range: $78,500.00 - $113,600.00 USD Annual
The posted compensation range reflects Tyson Foods Inc. national average range for this role. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors, including geographic location, relevant experience, qualifications, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
